A second common error is ignoring "half-day" holidays (such as a half-working day on a festival eve) - most simple calculators, including this one, don't handle that nuance. A third, more expensive mistake happens on international teams: India's public holiday calendar is completely different from Germany's or France's, so assuming "one calculator, one country setting" for a multi-country project is risky - each team member's local calendar needs its own calculation. France adds an extra layer entirely: the distinction between "jours ouvrés" (actually-working days) and "jours ouvrables" (legally workable days) is itself defined in the French Labour Code, and picking the wrong one skews leave and deadline counts.
